When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, a description of your items, any listing or order link you share, and your preferred date. Business customers may also share a company name and delivery volume.
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare your quote, contact you by call, text or email, schedule and complete your delivery, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising cookies
We use Google Ads cookies and similar technologies to measure how our ads perform, including when someone submits a quote or taps to call or text. When you submit a quote, a hashed (encrypted) version of your email and phone may be shared with Google for conversion measurement. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and advertising measurement) or when required by law.
Retention & your choices
We keep quote information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA, by calling or texting (323) 900-5724.
